Economist Joel Naroff sees no sign yet from the Federal Reserve that it is thinking about rate hikes. But the president of Naroff Economic Advisors thinks the Fed will start giving warning signs soon. "In the next meeting or two, they're going to lay the foundation for rate hikes if this economy keeps improving in the way it has been," says Naroff. And when will the Fed take action? "March or April, whichever one it occurs, I would not be surprised at all."
